New Cars in California Must Display Global Warming Score
“The score takes into account emissions related to production of fuel for each vehicle as well as the direct emissions from vehicles.” My question here is, will the emissions of mining the metals used in a Prius’ battery pack be included in the “production of fuel” score? Because if it isn’t, this law is a complete crock.
